How do I check the status of my order? 

We will send information on the status of your order to the email address on file. Additionally, after logging in to your account, you can view the status and order details online.

 

How long does shipping take? 

Orders are processed on business daays, i.e. form Monday to Friday 7.00-15.00 excluding public holidays. Once the order is placed after 15.00, on Saturday or on a public holiday, the proces of fulfilling the order begind on the next business day. We will email you up-to-date information on the status of your order. The time between the confirmation of your order and the shipping date (order processing time) depends on item availability, selected method of payment; shipping time depends on selected method of shipping.

 

What methods of delivery are available? 

Depending on the volume and weight of your order, your method of payment, and your personal preferences, you can choose from the following forms of delivery:

  • Courier
  • Pick up

 

How much will I pay for shipping? 

The total shipping cost will be displayed during the check-out process. The cost depends on your selected shipping and payment methods. 

 

How do I pay for my order? 

 Depending on the value of the order, your selected shipment method, and personal preferences, you can choose from one of the following methods of payment:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (available only in Poland)
  • Payment in cash at our office
  • PayPal, Credit Card

 

Can I pick up my order in person? 

Of course -you can pick up your order at our office, which is located at: ul. Dabrowski 13, 30-532, Krakow. Our hours of operation can be found in the Contact section. There are no delivery charges associated with picking up an order from our office. 

 

What if I’m not ready to make a purchase? 

Registered users have the option of adding items to a wishlist, which is saved and can be reviewed upon subsequent login. The next time you log in to our site, you can find all the items you have saved. You can add these items to your cart or remove from the list at any time.

 

Can I get a detailed invoice? 

Yes, all customers will receive a detailed invoice with VAT (Value Added Tax) indicated if applicable. When placing an order using our online form, please provide your billing address that will be shown on the invoice. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, pleae select the option "Other Shipping Address" on the form and enter the appropriate information. The date on the invoice is the same date that your order leaves our store.

 

How do I change my order? 

You can modify your order as long as it has not yet been shipped from our store. For any modification of your order (change of address, addition of an item to your order, change of shipping or payment method), please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by phone: +48 12.2601544.

 

I made a mistake in my order. How do I cancel it? 

You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped from our store. To cancel your order please call us as soon as possible at +48 12.2601544. 

 

Where is my order? 

If you chose to have it shipped by courier, you will receive a tracking number via email, as well as a link to a page where you can track of the location and status of your order. This link is also available  to registered customers when they preview the details of their order; it is listed in the Shipment column.

 

Do our products come with a warranty? 

Yes, all of the products available in our store are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, valid on Polish territory. It is important to keep your proof of purchase (bill or invoice) which is required for filing a warranty claim.



I have a problem with my purchase. What should I do? 

Before accepting a shipment, always check that it has not been damaged during  transport. If the package shows visible exterior damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the shipment, then contact us by phone: +48 12.2601544.If you wish to file a complaint, make sure you find out the appropriate party to whom the complain should be filed.


 
Can I return a purchase? 

Yes, in accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return purchased items within 10 days of the date of delivery or pickup. These items cannot, however, bear traces of use, be destroyed or damaged, or be missing components; items must be returned in their original packaging.
